  Have shopped here before, no problems. Partner purchased a faulty item and told no refund (not store policy). I returned later and pointed out consumer rights for faulty products. Repair, exchange or refund at consumer discretion. Still refused. Said he would not talk to me because I was"one of those". After stating I was not leaving, and a long delay, finally received a refund. Will not return. I understand business can be tough, but the consumer has rights. In an age where one can order such goods online and have no problem returning them when faulty, store managers need to look toward customer service to survive.
