  I have been shopping at this chemist for 20 plus years. If I wasn't completely happy with it, I would have moved to the other years ago. I have always had wonderful service there.

  Imagine some of the grumpy customers they must have to deal with each day. I am a firm believer that 'You reap what you sow'. The staff are friendly and most certainly helpful. They are as friendly to me, as I am to them. Please take a good look at yourself and judge yourself before thinking you are qualified to judge others. Regards Hagrid

  Most of the staff can be very short, not always particularly interested in you or your problems. Nick is always grumpy. I don't know why. The other chemist in Leo is similar, although Brett is at least usually happier. Anyway I'm sick of the hot and cold reception. One day they are wonderful, the next, a very cold reception. I have changed to Venus Bay Pharmacy. So far so good.
